S. D. Pant (the team leader of the team 'musicandlyrics') is an ex-Indian-Army-Officer, who served in the Army for about 27 years and retired on 31 Oct 1996 in the rank of the Lt. Col. He had a great passion for music and lyrics from the childhood days. At a very early age, he could play most of the musical instruments with comfortable ease. In addition, as a God’s gift, he was also blessed with the skill to compose new music & write befitting lyrics. It was this creativity that prompted him to take a challenge & venture in to the film industry, post-retirement.

To further master the intricacies of the film music, he took intensive training for 12 years, under the tutelage of eminent music stalwarts like Prof. Suhas Chandra Kulkarni and Dr Sudhakar Marathe for instrumental music & vocals respectively. After having achieved a good level of proficiency, he stepped into the Bollywood Arena.

During Aug 2015, he got his first break as a ‘Music Director & Lyricist’ in the film ‘Cash on Delivery’ wherein he got a chance to record 4 songs (2 songs with Ms Asha Bhosle, 1 song with Mr Kunal Ganjawala & 1 song with Ms Kalpana Potwari). The film is due for release shortly. He is presently working on 4 fresh projects, side by side.
